Disruption is an inescapable part of our reality and is here to stay. While some organizations may feel they are emerging from a severe sense of crisis, for others the impact continues to unfold or is still to come. For all of us, another disruption is undoubtedly on the horizon. Uncertainty has become almost the only certainty.
