Overview
Mid-level managers occupy a unique and challenging role. They must balance the expectations and demands of senior leaders, peers, direct reports, and teams. They face an additional level of complexity by leading a staff that needs to drive delivery and foster collaboration, trust, and accountability. One of the biggest challenges is empowering and coaching managers, not just employees. Mid-level leaders act as bridges within the organization, connecting strategy to execution, top-down and bottom-up. This requires resilience, collaboration, effective interfacing, and strong communication skills.
This program enables mid-level managers to enhance their managerial and leadership capabilities, equipping them with the mindset and skill set to meet the challenges unique to this level.
