Overview
“The real voyage of discovery consists not in seeking new landscapes, but in having new eyes.” – Marcel Proust
Some of the most important things in life are not fully visible if we only rely on our eyes; we have to use all our senses to fully grasp them. Such is leadership. For each of us – as leaders and as followers – leadership is triggered by various mechanisms unique to ourselves. Leaders must invest time in uncovering their leadership backbone to fully understand and maximize their impact.
Today’s leadership challenges call for a strong leadership backbone in both individuals and management teams. To achieve peak performance and shape the future, individuals and teams must connect with their origins, core, and passion – bridging the past, present, and future. This connection to their leadership backbone enables them to make tough decisions amidst change, build personal and team courage and resilience, exhibit empathy, and inspire, creating meaning and hope within the pressures of daily demands.
To do this we have developed an original leadership Quest. The Quest is a reflective journey through inspirational settings for individuals and/or teams, featuring stations that prompt meaningful exploration of purpose, aspirations, uniqueness, strengths, and limitations. It is a profoundly reflective and intimate experience, cultivating the leadership core and awareness of participants.
*The Quest can be seamlessly integrated into various organizational events and programs.
