Overview
“Leader Shift” is a 4-day leadership training program for entry/first-line level managers.
The program aims to drive effective organizational performance by helping managers develop the mindsets, skillsets, and practical leadership tools required to lead and manage in a disruptive environment; particularly looking at the unique challenges and opportunities at this level.
