Overview
The Quest is a reflective journey in inspirational settings for individuals and/or teams. It travels between stations that offer meaningful exploration of individual or/and team purpose, aspirations, uniqueness, strengths, and boundaries.
It is a deeply reflective and intimate experience that builds participants’ leadership core and awareness.
Audience
Mid-Level Managers (MLMs) who manage managers or functions, and Senior-Level Managers (SLMs) who manage MLMs.
The tasks are tailored to the participants’ maturity level, leadership challenges, and the specific workshop context (e.g. mentoring or team building quests)

- 4 Quest stations – designed and planned by IQL to maximize learning experience
- Production for the outdoor day (i.e., snacks & coffee, insurance)
- Training an Outdoor Operation Expert who runs the outdoor day alongside the program facilitator/s including IQL OOE expert running the first workshop
- Training materials for participants provided by IQL in paper and/or digital form
- Train the Trainer (TTT) for quest closure and insights vs feedback
- Optional – additional questionnaire on leadership values
- Design support (2 hours) by IQL R&D expert
