Overview

This program allows first-line managers to develop leadership skills through practical application, with a series of action-oriented tasks and feedback sessions.  

It offers a hypercreative ecosystem (experiential lab) to explore unique influence styles and boost development and creativity beyond comfort zones 

Audience

First Level / Line Managers (FLM).

The tasks during the day are adapted to the participants’ level in the organization in terms of the complexity of the tasks and the leadership challenges that accompany them

  • 4 outdoor activities – designed and planned by IQL to maximize learning experience
  • Production and logistics for the outdoor day (i.e., food & refreshments, transportation, insurance)
  • Training an Outdoor Training Expert who runs the outdoor day alongside the program facilitator/s including IQL ODT expert running the first workshop 
  • Training materials for participants provided by IQL in paper and/or digital form
  • Train the Trainer (TTT) for ODT & feedback session 
  • Design support (2 hours) with IQL R&D expert
