In-Person
Immersive experience (retreat)
- A 4-day retreat for executives in an inspiring location
- The program includes experiential elements, expert lectures, peer learning and personal coaching
- Days are long and immersive – all elements during the 4 days are integrated as part of the learning; days start early morning with mindfulness activities (e.g. yoga and Thai chi) and end late with evening activities
When conducted as a company retreat, it has the additional advantage of strengthening internal leadership communities and deepening understanding of shared goals. In a multi-organizational context, the retreat offers broader industry insights and strategies, while still enabling specific company insights using smaller peer group formats.
