Many young professional women encounter challenges and barriers that may hinder their leadership development and potential. Some of the factors that influence women’s leadership ambition and effectiveness include organizational culture, mentoring and sponsorship, work-life balance, and self-confidence. Research indicates that developing women leaders early in their careers positively impacts their leadership ambition, skills, and performance. Recognizing the critical importance of early-stage investment in female talent, this program is pivotal in supporting emerging women leaders, ensuring that talented women in their first management roles are supported right from the start.
The program fast-tracks the advancement of these women leaders by refining key leadership skills and fostering courage and confidence. Hybrid
- Intensive six-day workshops with a focus on exercises, experiential activities, self-reflection, and peer feedback for an immersive learning experience
- Two online masterclasses, each lasting 3 hours, featuring inspirational and educational sessions by industry keynote speakers
- Includes kick-off sessions for participants and managers, optional 1:1 conversations, and an additional Leadership Quest to enhance learning
- Optional mentorship training and supervision sessions, each lasting 2-3 hours
Online
- Fully online version, replacing F2F days with 6 online sessions (3 hours each), with optional additional sessions per need
