Overview

“The key to being a good mentor is to help people become who they already are – not to make them more like you”. Suze Orman

Mentoring is a powerful practice that facilitates learning, development and growth in individuals and organizations. It is a journey of aiding one another with transitions. Effective mentoring relationships boost employee engagement, retention, and productivity, foster collaboration, and drive continuous learning and skill building. It empowers both mentors and mentees and provides growth opportunities also through unlearning outdated practices, gaining fresh perspectives, and creating shortcuts in the organization’s network.

The mentor-mentee relationship requires a high level of trust, safety, and vulnerability. Although the mentoring relationship is a reciprocal process, the mentee has a central role in driving the relationship. Our mentoring program provides a unique platform for cultivating both mentors and mentees in a structured and empowering process.

At the heart of the program lies IQLs GO-BE model for meaningful mentoring that structures and guides both mentors and mentees in a deep and significant mentoring journey.
