PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Abha started her career in Consulting with TalentPro. A USA based HR outsourcing firm in India and was leading their L&D division. She moved on to Siksha Training and Development as their Regional Head for 2 states in India. In her role as a consultant, she has handle business development, key accounts, training need analysis, design and content development and facilitation. She has worked across industries from Manufacturing, IT and ITES, Pharma, Telecom and Banking.
