Alon Tamir
Senior Facilitator
""I strive to create a world with much more sensitivity and trust between people. A world where people feel safer and create a positive impact on themselves and their surroundings.""
“For 25 years, Alon served in the Air Force as an aircrew member and staff officer, fulfilling a variety of command and managerial roles. His leadership and management approaches were shaped by diverse areas, including operational flight, instruction, and staff work. He held positions related to the operational and intelligence deployment of the Air Force and concluded with an extensive period of managing development teams and IT systems. He led the field of jointness, where I created connections that were network-based, technological, cultural, and human, which strengthened collaborations and the overall operational capabilities of the IDF. For years, Alon instructed at the flight school and developed the approach of empowering debriefings. In his reserve duty, he manage the resilience unit, supporting aircrews and the various complexities they face.”
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
