Avital is passionate about bringing order into chaos and turning dreams into reality. She loves looking at the big picture and breaking it down into small achievable pieces and brings over 20 years of experience as a project manager in companies of various sizes and industries with an expertise in implementing methodologies and supporting technologies in the field of project management.
14 years ago, she also added organizational consulting to her resume and combined leading changes in organizations with her project management capabilities, specializing in organizational structures and organizational processes.
About 8 years ago Avital turned to a slightly different path and studied focusing therapy and systemic constellation for 2 years each, and starting using these new methods to prompt creativity and innovation in organizations. She built and ran, together with partners, two new small consulting companies and trained as a group facilitator for a while.
