Avital brings extensive experience in Leadership development as a senior group facilitator and personal coach. She specializes in leading organizational processes of leadership and teams’ development, and in growing successful leaders, both by mentoring and nurturing her direct reports and by facilitating numerous leadership programs.
Avital’s strength is combining her vast experience as a people manager with her strong communication skills to create impactful learning and coaching experiences.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Avital held diverse HR leadership positions at Intel Corporation and at Teva Pharmaceuticals and has facilitated many leadership related programs for both companies.
Her most recent position was Sr. Director Global Learning and Employee Experience at Teva, in which she established a learning and development portfolio and facilitated multiple leadership programs and employee growth webinars in Hebrew, English, and Spanish.

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATION
- Avital received her B.Sc. in Engineering & Industrial Management from the Technion – Israel’s Institute of Technology.
- She is a certified Group Facilitation from the Beit-Berl College and has a Brain-Based Coaching certificate from the Neuroleadership Institute (NLI).
