Carola is an experienced leadership and communication trainer, (team)-coach, and consultant with over 30 years of experience working in both national and international settings. Driven by a deep passion for personal development, she focuses on helping individuals find their passion and direction in life. Carola emphasizes the importance of living in alignment with one’s values, enhancing self-awareness, and fostering better communication and connection with others.

Her journey began in the IT field, where she held various roles, from programmer to team manager,
before transitioning into training and coaching. For over three decades, she has designed and delivered a wide range of courses on leadership, coaching, and personal effectiveness. Carola also specializes in mindfulness, holding certifications as a mindfulness trainer and a Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).
