Clayton is a practical psychologist and an experienced HR consultant, passionate about unlocking potential. He has extensive experience in developing leadership development interventions for sustainable performance. He can blend business and psychology to design, develop, and facilitate high performance through highly engaged leaders.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Alongside his work with IQL, Clayton is owner and CEO of a consulting company based in South Africa and has held several positions as project manager and HR manager.
Clayton has worked in variety of industries, including blue chip clients such as: Anglo American, Rio Tinto, Barclays, Unilever and Cisco.
His work has taken him to 5 continents which has helped him work with many different cultures with ease.
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATION
- Clayton holds a Masters degree from the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa
- He is also a licensed Organizational Psychologist
