Dr. Miller is an international and award-winning inclusive leadership expert that specializes in human development, diversity, equity, inclusion, executive coaching, and mindfulness. Her work has been featured in Forbes, Psychology Today, and Yahoo Finance. She hold several professional coaching, dialogue, and assessment certifications including Firo-B, Hogan, Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), and Workplace Big Five Paradigm and is also a certified yoga and meditation teacher who bring a heart-centered and fully body approach to her facilitation.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Corporately, Dr. Miller has served as a Chief Learning Officer and Organizational Strategist enhancing learning and AI-based platforms for professionals. Previously, she oversaw the world’s largest higher education system, the California State University, as the Director of Leadership Development and continues to serve the Fowler College of Business at San Diego State University as an adjunct faculty.
