DaeBum is a professional instructor and performance coach, with extensive experiences in leadership, professional skills, and sales training, delivering leadership and core competency trainings in English and Korean in over 10 countries in Asia and Europe for over 10 years. He brings rich experience from organizations, having filled L&D roles and leading a wide range of talent development activities for over 14 years.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
DaeBum held several organizational roles, and has also accumulated much experience as a professional instructor in global talent teams.
As part of this experience, he delivered more than 30 training programs (onboarding, leadership, core competencies and sales) in more than 10 countries, and as the Asia lead for in-house instructor training programs, he certified more than 90 Subject Matter Expert instructors in Asia.
DaeBum also engaged in talent processes in his roles as talent manager for Asia region in Novelis Asia, such as leading talent assessment, review, and development planning , and as HP Korea’s Country talent lead also engaged and led major initiatives such as corporate culture change, change management by corporate M&A and Spin-offs.
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATION
- DaeBum holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Seoul School of Integrated Science & Technologies, and an Executive M.B.A. in International Business from Aalto University School of Economics
- He DDI Certified in Facilitation Skills and Pressure Point Coaching, and has completed “The Core Essential Fast Track Program” in Korea Coaching Centre
