David has amassed considerable experience working with organisations, teams and individuals in companies across Europe, the US, UK and his native country of Ireland. This work includes one to one executive coaching, facilitating leadership and development programs as well as designing and delivering tailored development interventions.
A constant theme throughout this work has been helping people in organisations to better understand themselves and to connect with the meaning and purpose behind what they do.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
David has experience of working on a range of projects and initiatives including improving educational outcomes in marginalised communities with the Marina Institute of Education, asset-based community development and building leadership capacity through cross sectoral engagement between the private, NGO and public sectors with Common Purpose International.
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATION
- David holds an MA in Globalization from Dublin City University, and a BA in Communications from TU Dublin
- He also has Diplomas in Psychology and Executive Coaching and Mentoring.
