Dawid is a certificated business trainer, facilitator and coach. Since 2004, Dawid has spent over 12,000 hours working with business, education, and individual clients both live and online. He specializes in developing interpersonal skills, personal development, trainings for managers and train the trainers programs.
Over the years, Dawid has created many original development programs for organizations and open trainings for individual clients. In working with groups, participants’ needs and expectations are his priority, and the result is a real change in behavior, attitudes and skills. Dawid bases his work on practical tools, experience, empathy and relations. He believes that real change takes place not only in behavior level, but often need change in mindset and beliefs.
Dawid has worked with over 100 companies and 200 educational institutions sometimes realizing systemic development projects lasting months on each level of the organization. He facilitate in Polish.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Dawid’s experience includes running a school for trainers (School of Business Trainers and Personal Development BCB), giving lectures at over 100 conferences, writing 3 books and publishing over 30 articles in professional journals.
He holds the business coaching and life coaching sessions for both individual clients and enterprises. The list of his clients include: CRH, Carlsberg, Lechaa Corp., Gothaer Group, Medicus SA, Delphi, Atmoterm SA, Bosta Beton, Multilayer Pipe Company Sp z o.o., Project: People, VSoft, Pragmatic Coders, Ergo Design, Azimo, Air Liquide.
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATION
- David holds a master’s degree in Applied Psychology from Jagiellonian University.
- He has completed several professional courses such as Interpersonal Training Academy (Pracownia Psychologiczna Elżbiety Sołtys, 300 hours), Annual Psychological Education Program in the field of Psychotherapy, Psychoeducation and Personal Development (Instytut Treningu i Edukacji Psychologicznej, 300 hours) and Coach Training The Art & Science of Coaching (Erickson College International, 128 hours).
