Dr. Elad Kalay is a senior group facilitator and organizational consultant with an extensive background in leadership development. With a Ph.D. in Developing Authentic Leadership, Elad has devoted his career to understanding the complex dynamics of group interactions and empowering leaders to reach their full potential. For the last fifteen years, he has built and led countless leadership development programs in Hebrew and English for managers at all levels of various organizations, such as ICL, Amdocs, Microsoft, and Kav-Mashve. He has also trained facilitators in group facilitation at Tafnit, the school for management at the Open University.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Dr. Kalay has spent the last four years as the head of R&D at IQL, where he has developed numerous leadership development processes, frameworks, and tools. As a developer and facilitator of leadership development programs, Elad has been focused on creating meaningful journeys for managers, increasing their self-awareness, as well as strengthening their ability to influence others and navigate complex systems.
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATION
Elad holds a Ph.D. from the Management and Economics Department at Ariel University on the topic of Authentic Leadership: What is it? Why is it needed? and How can it be developed? He also holds an MA in Organizational Psychology. Additionally, he is a certified group facilitator by Tafnit, the school for management at the Open University.
