Dr. Ted Fish has extensive experience facilitating individuals and groups. For the past twenty years, he has worked across business, education, and non-profit sectors throughout America, Canada, Europe, and Asia. He has been engaged by approximately 75 organizations in North America, helping Boards of Directors, CEO’s, leadership teams, and line level workers achieve greater harmony, morale, leadership, and productivity.
Often, Dr. Fish is contracted to help solve a specific problem: to mediate a conflict holding a particular individual or department back from their full potential;to help a group of leaders build or execute a strategy to capture more market share;or to help catalyze the board room to build an effective succession plan. Other times, the charge is more general – to help invigorate a culture towards greater cohesion, better teamwork, or a mindset of innovation.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Dr. Fish has worked extensively in the education sector, having engaged with K-12 schools, public school districts, and major universities across America. He has led intensive faculty trainings and specialized workshops that have served between 20 and 250 attendees to learn more about how to develop their leadership, their culture, and their capacity to make positive, lasting impact. He has run programs with the Graduate School of Education at both Columbia University in the City of New York and the University of Pennsylvania.

In addition to his work as a consultant, Dr. Fish has successfully led two organizations. From 2009 to 2019, he ran an educational institute, based in Colorado, providing leadership training to teachers at private schools in North America, guiding it to become the premiere organization in its sector. From 2014 to 2017, he served as the CEO of Canada’s largest Equine hospital, guiding the 60-year-old company to unprecedented financial and cultural success.

- Dr. Fish holds a PhD from the department of Organizational Leadership from the Education school of Columbia University in the City of New York
