Einat brings a deep organizational understanding to her work with clients, helping to accurately identify their needs and tailor the best solutions. Additionally, Einat facilitates visual journaling, integrating creativity and art for personal and professional development.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Before joining IQL, Einat built a career in HR and Talent, with key roles in areas of HR and Organizational development in various industries.
Some of those roles were:
- Director, Head of Global OD, Stratasys HQ (A 30-years global leading 3D printing company)
- Development manager, Kimberly Clark, EMEA (Multinational personal care corporation, produces mostly paper-based consumers products)
- In-Business HR Manager, Motorola Israel, Ltd.
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATION
- Einat holds an M.Sc. in Management Sciences and a B.A. in Sociology &Anthropology and Far East Studies
- She is certified in personal consulting from IDC Herzliya and has received multiple professional certifications, including Franklin Covey’s “The 7 Habits for Managers”and “Leading at the Speed of Trust,”Ken Blanchard’s Situational Leadership II, Inside Out Coaching, and Partners In Leadership’s Master Certification in Creating a Culture of Accountability
