In the past13years, Fanny has facilitated leadership training sessions and leadership coaching sessions for leaders, senior professionals, teams throughout Europe, USA, Asia. She has been hired by multinationals, SME’s, start-ups, the government to help VPs, boards,senior management, leaders lead with more impact and inclusivity,generating a better working environment and results for the companies.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Prior to becoming a trainer, coach, Fanny has had extensive experience within Belgian and Dutch companies as a sinologist,project manager, area manager. She lived and worked in China for many years and set up international projects in Belgium and China, creating partnerships with local organizations, involving major local multinationals successfully in her projects.
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATION
Fanny is educated in Belgium, China and The Netherlands. She holds a Post-MA in Far Eastern Business Trade Studies, a Post-MA inCoaching/counseling, an MA in Eastern Philology and is a certified Leadership Trainer and a certified Mindfulness teacher.
