If there is one word that characterizes Florin, it is performance. Since 2012 he has been part of and coordinated training programs for teams at national and international level for the IT, retail, pharma and banking industries.
His 20 years of activity as an athlete gives Florin the ability for each delivered program to quickly turn participants’ expectations into concrete results.

Florin’s rich professional experience is diverse, and includes:
- 4+ Years in Gestalt Therapy
- 4 Years in Management / Leading People
- 12+ Years in Training
He has managed over 40 major projects, and is proud to have had more than 12.000 participants in his various sessions.
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATION
- Florin has an MSc Management and Evaluation of Organizations and Educational Programs, MSc Equipment for recovery therapy, a BSc Informatics and a BA in Psychology.
- He is a Certified Facilitator and a Psychotherapist in Integrative Gestalt Therapy and is also a Phronetik Art Therapist
- Additionally, Floring has been trained in SCRUM Agile Method Competencies and in PMI Romania Chapter – Project Manager Advanced Training
