Francis has a special interest and ability in training and coaching in the area of Leadership and Management, based on his years as a senior manager in the hospitality and financial services industries. He has an excellent track record in designing and implementing HIPO development programs.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Francis’s career is a diverse one.His interest in outdoors took him to the position of Programmes Director for an outdoor training centre, swim coach with the the State Sports Council, then a Physical Education teacher, before taking up the L&D Manager roles within the hotel and financial services industries.
Since 2001, Francis has been working internationally, primarily in Asia-Pacific region, as well as in Europe and Australia. Client work include UNILEVER, Nestle, Financial Times, DST, ConocoPhillips, HSBC, the Monetary Authority of Singapore, Levi Strauss, Shell, Osram. He is valued for his ability to
communicate multilingually, as well as work across multiple cultures and deliver programs in a
culturally nuance manner.
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATION
- Francis holds a BSc (Hons) from Monash University, Australia
- He Train-the- Trainer Certification from Edith Cowan University, Australia and is an accredited trainer for Seven Habits of Highly Effective People as well as working with various profiling instruments
