Ifat is an Organizational Psychologist with extensive experience in management consulting and organizational development processes. She helps organizations build strong leadership teams and embed organizational processes that support a positive climate and growth mindset culture.
In addition, Ifat developed unique expertise in global leadership through her studies, work experience, and while living abroad (in the Netherlands, Japan and California).
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Throughout her 18 years of career, Ifat filled various senior HR roles at Tower Semiconductors, she was a university lecturer at Haifa University for the M.A program in Organizational Development, and as an external organizational consultant in the private and public sectors.
Based on this vast experience, Ifat brings profound organizational understanding and good integration between theory and practice that enables organizational success. Some of her key clients are: Teva, Amdocs, Pfizer, Nike
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATION
- Ifat holds an MA in Organizational Psychology from The Technion, and a BA in Psychology and Communication from Haifa University
