Igal has been accompanying senior managers and management teams for over 20 years in formulating the job perception, developing senior management skills and leadership abilities. He also engages with organizations in formulating goals and developing leadership strategy, designing and strengthening organizational culture and developing managerial teams.
Igal loves his profession and believes that the courage to make decisions stems from the importance of the direction one aspires to as a leader and as an organization.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Over the years, Igal has engaged in a variety of activities which include providing consulting and guidance within leading business organizations, systemic organizational support to a variety of clients.
Some of his client list includes: Wissotsky, Teva, Cellcom, Phoenix, Wingate, Electra, El Al, ICL, and Fattal Hotels.
He was also a group facilitation at the IDF’s School for Leadership Development and accompanied commanders delegations to Poland.
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATION
- Igal holds a Master’s degree in Communications from NYIT
- He also has Master’s degree in Organizational Consulting from the University of Haifa
