- In her most recent role, Iris was the VP of Talent & Learning at Campbell Soup.
- Prior to this role, she was the Global Head of Leadership & Executive development at Microsoft.
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATION
- Iris received her MA in Human Resources Management from Rutgers University
- She holds a second MA degree in Organizational Psychology from The Hebrew University in Jerusalem, Israel.
