After graduating medicine and partaking in various roles as a medical doctor, due to the wars in Balkans in year 1999, Ivanna joined the OSCE (Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe) counselling service, as part of the human resources department. This was the starting point for her career in HR.
Ivanna brings a mindset of humanistic approach to business with strong business partnership, alongside expertise in HR and OD, coaching and counselling at all levels and group facilitation, which she does with great passion to inspire, educate, and facilitate change.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Ivanna’s professional experience spans from training, to organizational development and HR leading roles. Her roles included:
- Personnel and Training officer – set up the Mission in Serbia and cooperated with participating states who delegated their Mission members to serve this international intervention
- Director of Human Resources of Hyatt Regency hotel in Belgrade
- Regional position in The Coca Cola company, managed HR operations of 7 small countries.
- 7 years in pharma, where she moved to Amsterdam and worked in a regional and global role for Bohringer Ingelheim and in a global role for Teva.
Currently as a consultant, she has been helping diverse clients from Start-ups to corporations.
She facilitates in several langagues, including: Serbian, Croatian, Bosnian – native proficiency, English – full professional proficiency and Portuguese –professional working proficiency.
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATION
- Ivanna holds an MD in Medicine, from the University of Belgrade School of Medicine, and was engaged with Georgetown University, US in Research fellowship
- She is a certified ICF (International Coaching Federation) coach (by London Academy of Executive Coaching) and systemic team coach, and is also a Human Systems Dynamics facilitator / HSD Associate
