- Jayashree holds a Post Graduate Degree in Human Resources from XLRI, and a Graduate degree in Psychology, Bangalore University.
- She is a professional Certified Coach (PCC) from International Coach Federation, USA and is Co-Lead, Team & Group Coaching Community of Practice, International Coaching Federation
