Jessica is a dual American and Dutch citizen, with 25+ years of US and Pan- European HR, coaching and training experience. She takes important things seriously, with head, heart and humor.
Jessica is an experienced Leadership Development Facilitator and Executive Coach focused on supporting individuals, leaders, and teams to thrive. Trained in Neuroscience, Jessica uses brain-friendly coaching methods to support individuals to reach higher levels of awareness, authenticity, and effectiveness.
Jessica is based in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. She is a native English speaker and facilitates in English.

Jessica’s experience includes:
- 10 years of leading people and teams in Director and Senior Management roles
- 14+ years providing Executive Coaching services
- 17 years as an employee with Microsoft, Deloitte, and The Rotterdam School of Management (RSM)
