Marek is a Psychologist, L&D and HR expert, with nearly 20 years of global experience in several industries. His organisational experience includes multinational automotive companies, but also NGOs or L&D scale-up. Marek’s responsibilities at IQL span across several areas. He’s managing the community of global facilitators, which includes all aspects from talent acquisition to supporting effective collaboration. He is designing and delivering the experiential learning platforms across Europe in support of IQL programs. Finally he coordinates the development of IQL Product business line across the globe.
Marek is located in Krakow in Poland.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Marek started his career in the field of clinical psychology, working with autism and later systemic and psychodynamic therapy.
He later spent nearly 17 years in the automotive space. During his progressive career he’s held roles in the L&D and Talent Management, he’s also served as HRBP and global HR lead.
During his tenure at IQL he’s delivered experiential learning solutions in Europe as well as managed development of IQL’s global infrastructure
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATION
- Marek holds MSc in Financial Mathematics and Psychology from the Jagiellonian University in Krakow.
- He has also graduated the school of Psychodynamic Psychotherapy at the Jagiellonian University.
- Marek is a certified facilitator and coach. He is also certified to use several psychometric tools and methodologies.
