Michal has over 18 years of experience in leading management development programs and facilitating leadership workshops for a variety of global as well as local organizations in the private and public sectors. As a professionally trained actress, Michal employs a drama-based methodology to enhance social and professional communication skills in the working space. Her work considers empathy to be a key component in the leader’s toolkit.
Michal believes that engagement with the personal and collective meanings of empathy in the workplace, establishes a consciously honest and safe environment where creativity and innovation thrive. Michal is passionate about making an impact while taking leaders on a personal, introspective journey.

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATION
- Michal holds a MA in Sociology and Anthropology with a specialization in Organizational Consulting from Bar-Ilan University and a BA in Psychology from The Open University of Israel
- She also has a Graduate diploma from “Nissan Nativ Acting Studio” TLV.
