Motti brings over 20 years of extensive experience in leadership development, effective teamwork development, as well as designing and implementing OD and HRD processes for organizations. He is an expert in human networks, accompanying managers, teams and organizations in developing networking capabilities for increased effectiveness.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Motti has worked with a variety of large organizations in areas of defense industries, pharmaceutical and banking, such as Teva, Applied Materials, Rafael, Elbit, Bank Hapoalim.
He has acted as a senior organizational consultant in the IDF (Israeli Defense Force).
Additionally, Motti is a lecturer for managers and organizational consultants at several academic Institutions in Israel.

- Motti is a MAPhD. graduate in Social Sciences, University of Haifa.
- He is an M.A Honors graduate in Occupational-Industrial Psychology, University of Haifa and a B.A Honors graduate in Behavior Science (Psychology, Sociology and Anthropology), Ben-Gurion University
