With over 15 years of experience Reli has dedicated her efforts to collaborating with numerous organizations and hundreds of diverse teams across the globe. Her work revolves around four core areas of organizational advancement: leadership development, mentoring processes, inclusive leadership, and empowering women leaders.

In her practice, Reli skilfully blends consulting, facilitation, and training methodologies to assist senior executives and management teams in reaching their full potential and driving organizational success
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Reli brings with her years of valuable experience, working with NGOs and business organizations from diverse segments including hi-tech, banking and pharma, both in face-to-face format and online sessions.
Among her clients :Cognyte, Discount Bank, Medtronic, Amdocs, Microsoft
As part of her experience, Reli held the position of Chief Learning Officer of the national Scouts movement and spent a few years as an Emissary working with communities across the UK.
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATION
- Reli holds an MA in Political and Public Leadership from the Executive Program in Tel Aviv University and a BA in Criminology from Bar-Ilan University.
- She is also a certified Group Facilitator, Tel Aviv University
