Roni has been an organizational consultant for over 20 years, with expertise in development of senior leaders, as well as team development for organizational improvement and personal empowerment.
Roni accompanies senior managers and mid-level managers in strategic processes, and in leading organizational changes, formulating role concept, refining and improving management skills and leadership development.
He believes that in an era in which change has become constant, managers and organizations are required to be attentive to the changing environment and the needs of employees, and to be flexible in a way that will allow them to be relevant and express unique value. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Roni’s experience includes many years as an organizational consultant in the IDF and a leadership development consultant at the School for Leadership Development.
In recent years, he has led programs that helped individuals with transitions in their careers, moving to different cultural contexts and businesses. He has been working with NGOs and businesses such as Applied Materials, Ministry of Defense, ICL and others.
