• In the government sector, she led the leadership development program for the Cadet Course in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and established the management growth path for the Probation Service in the Ministry of Social Services.
• She has also contributed to management development in NGOs including Bat-Ami, Be-Atzmi, and Aluma.
