Micha is a founding partner of the Institute for Quality Leadership.
He is one of the senior organizational consultants in Israel in the fields of leadership development, designing leadership development systems and organizational learning and a renowned international leadership expert.
He has written seven books and dozens of articles, published in leading international journals.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Micha is Professor Emeritus in the Psychology department at the University of Haifa in Israel and former commander of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) Leadership Development School (LDS).

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATION
- Micha is a Faculty member at Haifa University and Former Head of the Organizational Psychology Department at Haifa University
- He is a Fellow member of the U.S. Army Research Institute
- Prof Popper acts as Guest lecturer at Simon Frazer University in British Columbia, Canada and at Western University in Ontario, Canada.
- His main research Fields are: Developing leaders from childhood, the dynamics between leaders and their followers and the psychology of followership
