As a consultant and coach, Suzana has extensive experience in accompanying managers in realizing their leadership and business potential, building management and leading cross-organizational changes.
Suzana’s experience includes working with high tech organization like WIX, AT&T and other SW development companies.
For 20 years, Suzana held senior consulting and leadership positions in the Israeli Airforce, in areas of organizational effectiveness and consulting.
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATION
- Susana holds an MA with honors in Organizational Sociology from Ben-Gurion University and a BA in Behavioral Sciences, specializing in Psychology.
- She is a graduate of a two-year program for organizational consulting and development using a psychoanalytical-systemic approach.
- Suzana is also a graduate of a variety of courses in positive psychology, Gestalt, Buddhist organizational consulting, systemic constellation and more.
