Yuko Morimoto offers executive coaching and training facilitation services to major multinational companies. She serves to a variety of clients across high-tech, retail, financial, and pharmaceutical industries. The clients she has worked with include AIG, Apple, Applied Materials, AstraZeneca, Barclays, Bloomberg, CBRE, Cisco Systems, Citibank, MSD, and Nissan Motors. Ms. Morimoto lived in the US for more than 10 years and worked with world-wide clients. She conducts her coaching and training in both Japanese and English.
She creates safe environment in both her coaching and facilitation for leaders to be able to express their authentic self and challenge their boundaries.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Prior to her consulting career, Ms. Morimoto worked for more than 10 years in Chase Manhattan Bank in Tokyo. She served as Second Vice President in Risk Management Group, and in this capacity, she developed business with top Japanese companies and traded derivative products.
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATION
She has a Master’s Degree in Speech Communications from San Francisco State University. She is certified as PCC (Professional Certified Coach) from International Coaching Federation.
